Who we are

Glow Era (“we”, “us”) operates the website at herupgradelab.roastlabai.com and provides a glow-up tracking app with daily missions, a confidence score, and a no-contact streak tool. Questions: hello@roastlabai.com.

What we collect

• Account info — your email address, name, and profile picture from Google when you sign in. We never see your Google password.
• Quiz answers — the responses you give in the onboarding quiz so we can calibrate your missions.
• App activity — your daily missions, glow score history, and no-contact streak data.
• Payment info — if you upgrade to premium, Stripe processes your card; we receive only the result (not the card number).
• Basic usage data — IP, browser, pages visited, errors. Used for security and bug fixing, not advertising.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure
• To personalize your missions, score, and streak
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To improve the app and fix problems
• To send essential service emails (not marketing unless you opt in)

Who we share with

We only share data with the third parties that make the app work:

• Google — sign-in (OAuth). We request only your email, name, and profile picture.
• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Vercel — hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing (premium subscribers only).
• OpenAI — AI features that personalize your missions. Your quiz answers may be sent to OpenAI to generate content. OpenAI does not use this data to train its models per their API terms.

We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@roastlabai.com. We respond within 30 days. You can also sign out and delete your account from your dashboard at any point.

Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep it (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

Cookies

We use only essential cookies — session cookies for authentication and a small set required by Stripe for checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

Glow Era is for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email.
