1. What Her Upgrade Lab is

Her Upgrade Lab is a glow-up tracking app. It gives you daily missions, a confidence score, and a no-contact streak tool to help you build a routine. We don't promise specific results — your glow up is yours.

2. Your account

You need to be 13 or older to use Her Upgrade Lab. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done under it. If you suspect someone else has access, email hello@roastlabai.com.

3. Acceptable use

Please don't use Her Upgrade Lab to:

• Break any law
• Harass or harm anyone, including yourself
• Try to break or reverse engineer the service
• Resell or redistribute our content

We can suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Premium and payments

Some features require a one-time payment. We use Stripe to process payments. You'll keep premium access for 90 days from the date of purchase. We don't refund unless required by law.

5. Content

The text, design, and branding of Her Upgrade Lab belong to us. The data you enter (quiz answers, notes, streak data) belongs to you — you grant us permission to process it to operate the service.

6. Not medical or mental health advice

Her Upgrade Lab is a wellness and self-improvement app, not a medical or mental health service. Nothing in the app is professional advice. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis line in your country.

7. Service availability

We do our best to keep Her Upgrade Lab running, but we can't promise zero downtime. We may change, suspend, or end features at any time. If we end the service, we'll give you a reasonable way to export your data.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Her Upgrade Lab is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Her Upgrade Lab and delete your account at any time. We can also end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are material we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
